Published, not gated

Transparent enterprise pricing. No surprises.

Four revenue streams, three deployment modes, and a fixed-price professional-services catalogue. The same numbers your sales contract will quote — published here so a CFO can build a budget line in under 5 minutes without four discovery calls first.

Why we publish pricing

Most enterprise AI vendors hide pricing because their economics do not survive scrutiny. Claresia publishes because our economics work — and we want IT teams, finance teams, and procurement teams to make budget decisions without gatekeeping the numbers behind four sales calls and an NDA. Glean hides their pricing. Writer hides theirs. Dust hides theirs. We publish ours, in EUR, with worked examples.

The four revenue streams

Two recurring line items the customer sees on every invoice. Two variable streams scoped per engagement.

Claude Enterprise License

Pass-through, per seat

$60 / seat / month

€55 / seat / month for EU contracts

Per-seat access to Anthropic's Claude — the most capable enterprise AI reasoning engine. Resold to you at the same price you would pay Anthropic directly. We carry the channel margin; you do not pay a markup.

  • Volume tiers: standard at $60, $50 at 100+ seats, $45 at 500+ seats
  • Multi-year commitments inherit Anthropic's own discounts
  • EUR billing at the prevailing pass-through rate for Italian + EU customers

Claresia Platform Fee

15% of license · €12K / yr floor

15% of license value

10% at 500+ seats · €12,000 / yr minimum

One percentage on top of the license unlocks the entire Claresia stack: 9 Vertical Functions, the Corporate Platform (PowerLens, DeepLens, Command Center), Forge experiential learning, the Agent Operator Academy, and the Intelligence Hub. No SKU bingo, no per-Function negotiations.

  • 20% under 75 seats · 15% from 75-499 · 10% at 500+
  • €12,000 / yr floor protects margin on small deals
  • Scales automatically as your seat count grows — no renegotiation

Professional Services

Productized Outcomes Packages

€9,800 — €380,000+

Five fixed-price tiers, paid 50 / 50 on success criterion

Productized Outcomes Packages from Starter to Strategic. Fixed price, fixed duration, hard adoption thresholds tied to the second invoice. If the success criterion is not met we extend at our cost until it is.

  • Starter (€9,800 · 14 days) → Strategic (€380,000+ · 12 months)
  • Anchored to cc-053 maturity Levels (AI-Adopted, Agent Operator)
  • Marketplace burn-down eligible (AWS / Azure / GCP committed spend)

SaaS Marketplace

Rebate to the customer

Customer rebate · negative line item

Claresia returns 50% of referral fees to the customer

DeepLens identifies SaaS contracts you can rationalise. Replacement vendors pay Claresia 12-18% of Year 1 ACV. We rebate half of that back to your platform fee — a positive number for you, a negative line item on the Claresia invoice. Your platform investment becomes self-funding by Year 2.

  • Average referral fee 15% of Year 1 ACV across replaced tools
  • 50% of every rebate flows back to the customer's invoice
  • The recommendation IS the referral — zero incremental sales effort

What costs extra

  • Outcomes Package professional services

    Five fixed-price tiers: Starter €9,800 · Standard €24,500 · Select €58,000 · Advanced €148,000 · Strategic €380,000+

  • LLM token usage

Passed through from Anthropic / OpenAI / Microsoft at their published rates. Telemetry shows per-skill, per-cohort burn in Command Center.

  • Customer-cloud infrastructure (Mode C only)

Customer pays AWS / Azure / GCP directly for Cloud SQL or Postgres, KMS keys, network egress, observability storage.

  • Premium Support · +€18,000 / yr

    Business-hours coverage + Sev1 on-call email response within 2 business hours.

  • Enterprise Support · +€48,000 / yr

24/7 phone coverage, 30-minute Sev1 response, dedicated CSM, named escalation path.

  • Custom connector development

Scoped per project on top of the 25+ OOTB connectors (Sharepoint, Confluence, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.). Quoted in EUR.

Honest disclosure: Mode C BYOC requires the customer to pay their own cloud infrastructure bill (Cloud SQL or Postgres, KMS keys, network egress, observability storage) on top of the Claresia line items. Marketplace listings on AWS Milano, Azure italynorth and GCP europe-west8 are in approval Q1-Q2 2026 and not transactable today — direct contracting is the path until then.

Frequently asked questions

Why publish pricing when Glean and Writer hide it?

Most enterprise AI vendors hide pricing because their economics rely on long, opaque sales cycles. Ours do not. A CFO should be able to read this page and build a defensible budget line in under 5 minutes. If our numbers stop working at scale we will say so — but right now they do, so we publish.

Is the $60 / seat / month negotiable for large enterprises?

License pricing follows Anthropic's own published Claude Enterprise tiers. Volume discounts kick in at 100+ seats ($50) and 500+ seats ($45). We resell at the same price you would pay Anthropic directly — we do not mark up the license. The Platform Fee is where Claresia earns, and that already drops from 15% to 10% at 500+ seats.

Can I bring my own Anthropic / OpenAI / Microsoft contract?

Yes. If you already have a Claude Enterprise contract with Anthropic, an OpenAI Enterprise contract, or Microsoft 365 Copilot via your EA, we connect the Claresia control plane to it via the relevant admin API. The Platform Fee still applies — it is what unlocks the Claresia stack regardless of which LLM your seats live in.

What about EUR vs USD billing?

Italian and EU customers are billed in EUR. The license line is shown at $60 / seat / month for transparency vs Anthropic's published price; on the EUR invoice it appears at the prevailing pass-through rate (currently around €55 / seat / month). All Claresia-originated line items (Platform Fee, Outcomes Packages, Premium / Enterprise Support, regional residency uplifts) are quoted natively in EUR.

Does the Platform Fee scale with seat count?

Automatically. The fee is computed as a percentage of total Claude Enterprise license spend. Add 50 seats next quarter — the fee adjusts at the next invoice cycle. No SKU renegotiation, no addendum, no procurement re-approval. The €12,000 / yr floor only applies under 75 seats; above that you are paying the percentage on actual usage.

What happens if I cancel?

Standard contracts are annual with 60 days notice for non-renewal. Multi-year commitments earn a 10% (2-year) or 18% (3-year) discount on the Platform Fee portion. License pricing follows Anthropic's own multi-year terms. Customer data is exportable in canonical JSON via Hub provenance APIs at any time during the contract; on termination we honour a 90-day warm-storage window before final purge.

Marketplace billing vs direct contract — does pricing differ?

No. The same numbers apply whether you buy direct, via AWS Marketplace (eu-south-1 Milano), Azure Marketplace italynorth, or GCP Marketplace europe-west8. Marketplace contracts let you burn down committed cloud spend and collapse procurement by 40-60%. Listings are in approval Q1-Q2 2026 — direct contracting is the path until then.

How does the SaaS Marketplace rebate actually work?

DeepLens audits your SaaS estate and identifies overlap or under-utilisation. When you adopt a recommended replacement, the new vendor pays Claresia a referral fee (typically 12-18% of Year 1 ACV). We retain half and rebate half back to your account as a credit on the next quarterly invoice. By Year 2 most mid-market customers are seeing the rebate cover the entire Platform Fee, sometimes more.

Can I see a worked example for my company?

Talk to a Solutions Engineer. We will model your seat count, deployment mode, target Outcomes Package, and expected SaaS rationalisation against the same numbers you see on this page. The output is a single-page PDF with EUR totals, written so your CFO can paste it into a budget request without translation.
