Bottega houses three distinct disciplines. ISs and AAs are salaried Claresia roles. AOSs are an open subscriber pool — anyone can certify free, deployed only when matched to a Claresia engagement.
Intelligence Strategist
The agnostic-AI-consultant top-of-funnel and deal-closer. ISs walk prospects through Discover → Diagnose → Define using PowerLens, DeepLens, and the Synthetic Twin. They never lead with Claresia features — Claresia must arrive as the natural landing.
Salary + commission on closed Claresia ARR + 0.1–0.25% equity. Indicative OTE €120–€200K (Italy, 2026).
Adoption Architect
The Claresia-native technical lead. AAs run Provision → Connect → Govern → Monitor: Onboarding Portal, Hub Provisioning Wizard, Command Center IT-Admin Console, LLM Gateway, SCUDO. They make the platform real for the customer's IT admin and own technical escalations forever.
Salary + commission on closed Claresia ARR + 0.1–0.25% equity. Indicative OTE €80–€140K (Italy, 2026).
Agent Operator Specialist
The functional adoption expert. AOSs are the certified pool that makes the difference between 'Claresia bought' and 'Claresia adopted at Level 2'. One certification, eight functional specialties — Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Customer Care, Procurement, Security & Governance.
No employment relationship. Free Open Badges 3.0 certification. Hourly scope-of-work contracts at €40–€70/hr (P.IVA / freelance) when matched to a Claresia engagement.
Open Badges 3.0. Verifiable. Portable.
Every Bottega credential is an Open Badges 3.0 Verifiable Credential, signed with SHA-256 provenance through the Claresia Hub, importable to LinkedIn, and verifiable by any employer at a public endpoint.
